When will my box be shipped?

Monthly plan: Beginning of each month.

Every-2-months plan: August, October, December, February, April and June.

One-off purchase: 1-2 business days.

Once shipped, UK orders should be delivered within 2-3 business days. You'll be sent a link to track your parcel once it has shipped.

How do i change my subsCription?

• Click the “Manage Subscription” link in your confirmation or renewal email.

• Log in to your account (if you created one at checkout)*.

• Select your current subscription and choose a new delivery frequency.

• Save your changes - your next box will follow the updated schedule!

• Don’t see the email? Check your spam folder or contact us and we’ll resend it.

*Didn’t create an account? No problem! Just use the “Manage Subscription” link in your emails to switch to monthly anytime.

How much is shipping?

We are a small business and mostly ship within the UK. Postage for subscription boxes to a UK address is £3.55. All orders are sent by a Royal Mail 48 tracked service.

Are the snacks suitable for vegans?

Yes! All our edible treats are suitable for vegans and vegetarians. As they are outsourced, we cannot guarantee they are free from allergens. Do read the snack labels before consumption.
