When will my box be shipped?

Our half-termly subscription boxes are shipped in August, October, December, February, April and June. Once shipped, UK orders should be delivered within 2-3 business days. You'll be sent a link to track your parcel once it has shipped.

How much is shipping?

We are a small business and mostly ship within the UK. Postage for subscription boxes to a UK address is £3.45. All orders are sent by a Royal Mail 48 tracked service.

Are the snacks suitable for vegans?

Yes! All our edible treats are suitable for vegans and vegetarians. As they are outsourced, we cannot guarantee they are free from allergens. Do read the snack labels before consumption.

Can I return my order?
